This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will leverage your hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO during the S/4HANA rollout, assisting with fit-gap analyses, testing activities, data validation, and cutover preparations.
• You will ensure that financial processes in the new system align with business requirements and comply with both internal and external standards.
• You will take charge of post-go-live support, which includes incident resolution, process optimization, and stabilization of the financial landscape following deployment.
• You will support controlling-related processes such as cost center accounting, internal orders, and basic profitability analysis, collaborating with CO experts as needed.
• You will understand key intersections between Finance and logistics processes (FI/MM integration for procurement, FI/SD/CO integration for order-to-cash) to facilitate seamless end-to-end process flows.
• You will ensure effective communication and alignment during design, testing, and rollout phases.
• You will assist business users by providing training, documentation, and addressing day-to-day issues.
• You will work with various workstreams to manage process dependencies and coordinate integrations across modules (MM, SD, CO).
• You will temporarily handle operational FI/CO tasks to allow internal experts to focus on project activities.
• You will ensure stable daily operations throughout the S/4HANA transformation.
• You will help identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, or harmonization within the OneFinance/GBS framework.
• You possess a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, or a related field of study.
• You have practical experience in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, preferably in project or transformational settings.
• You possess strong knowledge of Finance processes (AP, AR, GL, Assets, closing) and solid general knowledge of Controlling processes.
• You understand integrated logistics flows, ideally with experience in FI/MM and SD/FI/CO integration.
• You are adept at working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities during rollout phases.
• With excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity, you work effectively in international, cross-functional teams.
• You are fluent in both English and German.
• You bring an analytical, solution-oriented approach and enjoy hands-on work with systems and data.
• You are open to occasional business travel.
• Experience in global or matrix organizations and familiarity with shared services (GBS) is advantageous.
