SAP FI/CO Instructor – EdTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Plan and execute remote instruction in the disciplines of FI and/or CO.

• Articulate complex learning objectives through well-structured, practical learning units.

• Enhance lessons with insights drawn from your own IT experience.

• Promote collaboration and self-organization within learning groups.

• Assist learning groups with conflict resolution and feedback management.

• Develop specialized initiatives for participants requiring additional support.

• Collaborate closely with the Student Success Team.

• Create effective learning materials in conjunction with the Product Team.

• Take charge of the subject matter and didactic quality of the course.

• Guide participants through to completion and prepare them for entry into the job market.

⛳️ Requirements

• SAP certification in FI (Finance) and/or CO (Controlling).

• Minimum of 2 years of SAP project experience in the relevant field.

• Ideally, experience with S/4HANA, including its implementation and customization.

• Participation in the “Train the Trainer” (PTWTTT) program is a plus.

• Experience with EWM is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Capability to teach SAP at the end-user level and progressively at the consultant level.

• A genuine passion for teaching and learning.

• Ability to present complex topics independently in a clear and logical manner.

• Strong affinity for online teaching, e-learning, and web-based educational programs.
