SAP Extended Warehouse Management, EWM Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collects and evaluates warehouse management requirements, converting them into functional specifications.

• Configures and tailors SAP EWM modules to fulfill client requirements, ensuring they align with business processes.

• Conducts functional testing, addresses defects, and verifies complete EWM functionality.

• Creates user manuals, configuration documentation, and training resources.

• Provides training to end-users and clients on SAP EWM procedures and best practices.

• Works in partnership with project managers, architects, developers, and functional teams to guarantee seamless integration with ECC, S/4HANA, and associated modules.

• Offers prompt support for EWM issues related to configuration, data, and system performance.

• Collaborates with technical teams on system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting interfaces.

• Remains updated on SAP EWM enhancements, tools, and industry best practices.

• Recognizes opportunities for process enhancement and optimization within warehouse operations.

• Guides associate-level team members and engages in knowledge sharing.

• Travels up to 50% to assist with project tasks, testing, and go-live events.

• Complies with all certified processes and information security protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

• SAP EWM certification (or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire).

• Level II: 4+ years of SAP EWM experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.

• Practical experience in configuring and customizing SAP EWM functionalities.

• Experience in conducting functional testing and supporting QA activities.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
