SAP EWM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions that meet both business and technical needs.

• Set up essential EWM capabilities, such as inbound and outbound logistics, internal warehouse operations, inventory management, physical inventory assessments, and warehouse monitoring.

• Create functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams on custom developments, interfaces, and system enhancements.

• Facilitate integrations between SAP EWM and SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, as well as other related systems.

• Conduct and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover activities, go-live processes, and hypercare support.

• Diagnose functional issues, carry out root cause analysis, and propose sustainable solutions.

• Generate functional documentation and ensure adherence to project standards and validation requirements.

• Partner with global project teams to deliver SAP S/4HANA warehouse solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in SAP EWM functional consulting.

• Demonstrated success in delivering comprehensive SAP EWM implementations or SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

• Essential experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

• Strong hands-on configuration expertise across SAP EWM processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, internal warehouse management, inventory control, and physical inventory.

• Experience with integrating SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, and other relevant SAP modules.

• Proficient in testing, defect resolution, cutover, and hypercare processes.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills with experience in working within global, cross-functional project teams.
