This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Ensures that the SAP EWM Landscape and Infrastructure is upheld and supported by the SAP Rise team.
• Oversees SAP EWM Application support, ensuring the resolution of critical issues and enhancements.
• Collaborates with Business and Warehouse Operations teams to tackle critical concerns, enhance User Experience, and strategize on Projects.
• Identifies and evaluates business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives for SAP EWM applications that integrate with business processes/data and IT infrastructure (i.e., an “application system”).
• Proposes solutions or improvements to business processes within the SAP EWM and ECC or S4 Integrations.
• Responsible for the strategy for operational reporting and supporting these needs.
• Investigates business requirements, develops comprehensive specifications, and validates SAP solutions with business stakeholders.
• Communicates the needs of business stakeholders to the SAP development team by translating business requirements into SAP module requirements.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 5-7 years of pertinent experience.
• Specialized knowledge in the area of SAP EWM/WM Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution.
• Ability to resolve user issues, provide training, and enhance the User experience.
• Requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in the job field, along with a working knowledge of related disciplines.
• Employs analytical thinking to independently resolve complex problems with minimal supervision and identify solutions.
• May lead team or departmental projects or work streams within larger projects.
• Acts as an advisor to management and key external stakeholders on projects related to the job field.
• Serves as a resource and guide for less experienced colleagues.
• Utilizes experience to contribute to the standards by which others will operate.
