Analista de Planejamento Logístico – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Planning and Execution of Trips: Manage the complete flow of bookings for transportation (both air and ground) and accommodations for our facilitators and teachers.

• Material Management and Logistics: Oversee the sending and receiving of educational and operational materials to training locations, ensuring deadlines and the integrity of deliveries.

• Route Intelligence and Allocation: Continuously analyze our main service destinations and assist in cross-referencing data from our professional database to suggest optimizations for scheduling and travel.

• Partnerships and Suppliers: Engage in prospecting, accreditation, and relationship-building with local partners to establish collaborations.

• Interdepartmental Synergy: Act as the link between the teacher allocation team and Teacher Experience, ensuring that the flow of information achieves the desired efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the field: Prior experience in corporate logistics, corporate travel management, or logistical organization of events.

• Organizational and Analytical Vision: Excellent logical reasoning and the ability to organize large volumes of data and routes using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).

• Assertive Communication and Influence: Ability to engage in clear, empathetic, and persuasive dialogue with various internal departments and external partners to align agreements and processes.

• Problem-Solving Profile: Proactive in identifying bottlenecks in the request flow and suggesting practical improvements for daily operations.

• **Desirable (Differentials)**

• Knowledge of corporate travel booking systems.

• Familiarity with task management tools (such as Asana).
