SAP CX Senior Presales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Master SAP CX and be at the forefront with clients, designing solutions that truly add value.

• Engage in pre-sales of SAP CX solutions (Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Emarsys, CDP).

• Understand business challenges and translate them into CX architecture and journeys.

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and executive presentations.

• Create demos, POCs, and solution proposals in collaboration with technical teams.

• Support the commercial area in RFPs, estimations, and offering strategies.

• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the SAP portfolio.

• Contribute materials, case studies, and best practices for the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in pre-sales or senior consulting with SAP CX (Sales/Service/Commerce/Marketing/Emarsys/CDP).

• Background in solution design, functional architecture, and customer journeys.

• Ability to lead executive meetings, presentations, and workshops.

• Knowledge of sales processes, customer service, and digital marketing/CRM.

• Proficiency in English for reading and participating in calls with partners/clients.

• Availability to work as a contractor, with a consultative approach and results-focused mindset.

• SAP CX or SAP Customer Experience certifications.

• Experience in omnichannel projects, e-commerce, and integrations (API/middleware).

• Previous work in consultancies or SAP partners.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product/service discovery.
