📋 Description

• Offer assistance to global clients.

• Accountable for both functional and technical support of SAP CRM solutions.

• Investigate and resolve incidents while managing enhancement requests.

• Serve as a direct liaison with international clients, ensuring effective communication and high-quality outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as an SAP CRM Consultant, particularly in support (AMS).

• Familiarity with SAP CRM Interaction Center, SAP CRM Marketing, SAP CRM Sales, SAP CRM Service, SAP CRM Internet Sales, and SAP CRM Middleware.

• Proficiency with SAP CRM versions 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, and 7.0.

• Proficient level of English for effective communication with international clients.
