This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with SAP technical leaders and solution architects to establish strategy, prioritize initiatives, estimate resource needs, and select technical personnel.
• Define clear project scope, proposals, plans, and estimates to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate conflict resolution between local and global IT teams, as well as between IT and business stakeholders.
• Oversee SAP projects from start to finish, including project planning, scheduling, role assignments, and resource allocation.
• Guide cross-functional teams that include both IT and business partners.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates on project status to management and stakeholders.
• Develop and present project recommendations to leadership, addressing changes in IT strategy, technology selections, total cost of ownership, and business implications.
• Lead project implementation by coordinating local business and IT teams, ensuring readiness in processes, training, governance, and organizational structure.
• Direct and coordinate the efforts of internal teams and external consultants to create high-performing project teams.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and performance standards while ensuring accountability for achieving objectives.
• Share best practices in project management and mentor junior project managers.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems, IT governance, data protection, and regulatory standards.
• Practical experience in managing SAP projects within regional and/or global settings.
• Deep understanding of the business processes supported by SAP, including Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with implementing or supporting agile methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP).
• Strong project management skills, encompassing planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
• High level of ownership, a proactive mindset, and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
