SAP Convergent Mediation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Convergent Mediation solutions for comprehensive order-to-cash and billing processes utilizing S/4HANA Public Cloud BRIM.

• Establish and maintain integrations with legacy systems for the collection, transformation, validation, and rating of usage data.

• Develop and manage integrations with Subscription Billing systems for the exchange of order, contract, and billing data.

• Configure and provide support for integrations with third-party Payment Service Providers through the Digital Payments Addon.

• Create mediation processes, chains, and data flows for handling high-volume usage and transaction data.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and produce CM design specifications.

• Diagnose issues related to data mediation, transformation, interfaces, and payment gateways.

• Coordinate with application teams and PSP vendors regarding interface testing, cutover, and go-live processes.

• Prepare technical design documentation, interface specifications, test scripts, and support materials.

• Engage in performance tuning, monitoring, and enhancement of CM mediation processes.

• Assist in SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare/post-go-live support activities.

• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and data privacy regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP Convergent Mediation (CM).

• Familiarity with S/4HANA Public Cloud BRIM.

• Background in designing, configuring, and implementing CM solutions.

• Experience in building and maintaining integration interfaces for the collection, transformation, validation, and rating of usage data.

• Knowledge of integrating S/4HANA Public Cloud BRIM with Subscription Billing systems.

• Experience with integrations involving third-party Payment Service Providers using the Digital Payments Addon.

• Understanding of mediation processes, chains, and data flows within SAP Convergent Mediation.

• Knowledge of BRIM/CI, Subscription Order Management, Subscription Billing, and FI-CA.

• Experience resolving issues related to data mediation, transformation, interfaces, and payment gateways.

• Proficient in preparing technical design documents, interface specifications, test scripts, and support documentation.

• Experience in performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization.

• Awareness of SAP best practices, security protocols, and data privacy guidelines.
