SAP Consulting Lead – Global Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee global SAP Functional Consulting delivery across various customer projects

• Manage consulting resources, project allocations, and capacity planning

• Ensure adherence to project quality standards, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction

• Provide support to consultants through coaching and technical advice

• Develop delivery standards, templates, methodologies, and governance frameworks

• Identify potential delivery risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies

• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Product, Development, Customer Success, and Support teams

• Enhance utilization management and drive operational improvements

• Track delivery KPIs and strive for continuous execution enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in SAP Functional Consulting

• Several years of experience in leading SAP implementation projects

• Proven experience in coordinating distributed consulting teams

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management expertise

• Experience in regulated sectors such as Medical Technology or Life Sciences

• NICE TO HAVE: SAP Certification

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies

• Experience in working with global delivery organizations
