This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead or assist in the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Collect and document business requirements, transforming them into effective Employee Central solutions.
• Facilitate or support client design workshops, providing recommendations based on business needs and SAP best practices.
• Design and configure Employee Central features, including data models, foundation objects, workflows, business rules, event reasons, position management, and role-based permissions.
• Assist in the conversion, validation, migration, and reconciliation of employee data.
• Create and execute test plans, test scripts, and quality assurance processes.
• Identify potential project risks, configuration gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate on integrations between Employee Central and other SAP SuccessFactors modules, payroll systems, benefits platforms, and third-party applications.
• Diagnose configuration, data, security, and integration challenges, proposing sustainable solutions.
• Document system configurations, business requirements, design choices, business processes, and testing results.
• Transfer knowledge to clients for ongoing system administration, maintenance, and support.
• Provide support for end-user and administrator training as required.
• Keep abreast of SAP SuccessFactors releases, product enhancements, and leading practices for Employee Central.
• Maintain current SAP SuccessFactors certifications and expertise in assigned solution areas.
• A minimum of five years of practical experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting or implementation, with significant responsibilities related to Employee Central.
• Current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven experience in completing at least two full-cycle Employee Central implementations.
• Advanced understanding of Employee Central functionalities, including corporate, country-specific, and succession data models; Foundation Objects and MDF Objects; business rules and workflows; event reasons and employee lifecycle transactions; Position Management; Role-Based Permissions; picklists, alerts, and notifications; imports, mass changes, and data migration.
• Experience leading client workshops, gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating business needs into system configurations.
• Skilled in preparing functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, process documentation, and training materials.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct system testing, troubleshoot configuration and data issues, and support user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of integrations between Employee Central and other SAP SuccessFactors modules, payroll platforms, benefits systems, identity-management solutions, and third-party applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Capability to manage multiple client priorities and deliverables within a deadline-driven consulting environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to a collaborative project team.
• Commitment to staying updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases, product enhancements, and leading practices.
• Preferred: Experience with Employee Central Payroll, Onboarding 2.0, Benefits, Time Off, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruiting, or other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Preferred: Experience with global Employee Central implementations across multiple countries, legal entities, languages, currencies, or regulatory requirements.
• Preferred: Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, Integration Center, APIs, and standard Employee Central integration patterns.
• Preferred: Experience with data migration for Employee Central, covering data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Preferred: Experience supporting Employee Central implementations for complex or highly regulated organizations.
• Preferred: Additional current SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• Preferred: Previous experience with an SAP partner or professional services consulting organization.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
