SAP Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate business requirements, converting them into SAP functional and technical solutions.

• Configure and tailor SAP modules to meet the needs of the business.

• Engage in comprehensive SAP implementation, upgrades, migration, and rollout initiatives.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution presentations for clients.

• Work collaboratively with developers, architects, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Draft functional specifications and assist technical teams during the development phase.

• Execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment tasks.

• Diagnose SAP issues and offer post-implementation support.

• Create user documentation, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

• Ensure SAP solutions adhere to industry best practices and organizational standards.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose innovative SAP solutions.

• Facilitate integration between SAP and third-party systems utilizing APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in SAP consulting.

• Practical experience with one or more SAP modules, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP EWM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, or SAP BW/4HANA.

• Capability to configure, implement, customize, and support SAP solutions based on business needs.

• Experience in at least one complete SAP implementation cycle.

• Strong grasp of business processes and ERP concepts.

• Background in preparing functional specifications and conducting UAT.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
