SAP CO Consultant – IM, RE-FX, Controlling – Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops and oversee rollout initiatives for Investment Management (IM) and Project System (PS) frameworks.

• Establish and execute IFRS-compliant settlement protocols and capitalization procedures.

• Configure and assist with RE-FX processes, including profit center allocations and cost settlements.

• Aid international rollouts and initiatives for finance process standardization.

• Evaluate, test, and enhance SAP Fiori applications and reporting solutions.

• Confirm document flows and assist with reporting and analytical needs.

• Investigate and rectify system issues, including those related to integration, accrual, and reporting.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and promote process improvements.

• Offer functional support and guidance during project implementation and rollout stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with SAP CO at a senior level.

• In-depth knowledge of Investment Management (IM), Project System (PS), and Real Estate Management (RE-FX).

• Comprehensive understanding of IFRS standards, capitalization processes, and settlement guidelines.

• Experience with SAP Fiori reporting and analytics tools.

• Practical experience in international SAP rollouts and finance process harmonization.

• Strong skills in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.

• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level.

• Familiarity with AI tools utilized in daily workflows.

• Preferred: Experience in retail or multi-entity settings.

• Preferred: Background in profit center accounting and cost settlement processes.

• Preferred: Knowledge of integrations and troubleshooting within SAP environments (e.g., PSP-Ariba).
