SAP CI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and evaluate integration requirements.

• Design and implement integration solutions utilizing SAP Integration Suite, which includes integration flows, mappings, and configurations.

• Execute data transformation, message mappings, and value mappings.

• Configure and oversee HTTP, IDoc, SFTP, SOAP, and REST adapters.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth, SSL, and digital certificates.

• Develop Groovy or Java scripts to handle complex business logic and data transformations.

• Create and manage APIs through SAP Integration Suite API Management.

• Perform unit, system integration, and performance testing.

• Address message processing, data transformation, and connectivity challenges.

• Monitor integration processes, message queues, logs, and alerts using SAP monitoring tools.

• Deploy integration scenarios across environments in accordance with change management protocols.

• Document integration designs, technical specifications, and user guides.

• Remain updated on SAP integration technologies, tools, and best practices.

• Engage in code reviews and offer feedback on design standards and technical quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of practical experience with SAP Integration Suite (previously SAP CPI).

• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing intricate integration scenarios within both SAP and non-SAP settings.

• Proficient in designing, developing, and configuring integration flows with SAP Integration Suite.

• Strong capabilities in Groovy or Java scripting for custom logic development.

• Familiarity with HTTP, SOAP, REST, IDoc, and SFTP integration protocols.

• Experience with OAuth and SSL security protocols.

• Knowledge of SAP APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and ALE.

• Understanding of SAP PI/PO and other middleware platforms is advantageous.

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite development tools and monitoring dashboards.

• Familiarity with API Management and Open Connectors within SAP Integration Suite.

• Experience in configuring Advanced Event Mesh and linking it with Integration Suite artifacts.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a dynamic environment.
