SAP Channel Execution Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Provide guidance and support to teams engaged in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Channel Execution, and Customer-to-Cash processes.

• Eliminate obstacles to ensure that teams can successfully achieve their sprint objectives.

• Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere and encourage continuous improvement within the Agile teams.

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and alignment with business goals.

• Monitor and report on team performance, velocity, and outcomes of sprints.

• Mentor team members on Agile best practices and efficient Scrum methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth integration and delivery of SAP capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role.

• Practical experience as a Scrum Master on SAP-related projects.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Channel Execution, and SAP Customer-to-Cash processes.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and associated tools.

• Capability to guide teams, facilitate ceremonies, and enhance delivery performance.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and drive process enhancements.
