SAP Business One, Acumatica Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive ERP implementation projects for clients utilizing SAP Business One and Acumatica.

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables.

• Conduct project kickoff meetings, status updates, steering committee sessions, and executive reviews.

• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance standards, and PMO processes.

• Manage project scope, handle change requests, address dependencies, and resolve issues.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, data migration experts, and client stakeholders.

• Monitor project health, budget utilization, and delivery risks.

• Act as the primary client-facing project leader throughout the implementation process.

• Establish trusted relationships with executive sponsors and operational stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into actionable project plans and delivery milestones.

• Communicate project status, risks, escalations, and remediation strategies proactively.

• Ensure a positive customer experience focused on adoption, time-to-value, and long-term success.

• Promote consistency and quality in project documentation, status reporting, and implementation standards.

• Maintain precise project forecasting, financial tracking, and CRM/PSA updates.

• Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes, tools, templates, and customer onboarding experiences.

• Assist in resource planning and future staffing forecasts within the Professional Services organization.

• Engage in post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Recognize delivery risks early and apply mitigation strategies.

• Appropriately escalate critical project issues along with recommended action plans.

• Manage competing priorities while ensuring high customer satisfaction and delivery quality.

• Guarantee alignment between contracted scope, client expectations, and delivery execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of ERP project management experience.

• Experience in managing ERP implementations such as SAP Business One, Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.

• Solid understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, business process mapping, integrations, and change management.

• Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication skills with executives and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with project management and PSA tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• PMP certification required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
