SAP BTP Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Leadership: The capability to motivate, guide, and mentor consultants throughout intricate project lifecycles.

• Act as the main contact for Employee Central projects, managing all stages from discovery to deployment and ongoing support.

• Oversee and mentor a team of consultants, distributing tasks and offering guidance throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to guarantee deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture business requirements, HR processes, and reporting necessities.

• Examine and document client requirements, converting them into system specifications and design documents.

• Provide clients with advice on best practices, change management strategies, and approaches for system adoption.

• Design thorough Employee Central solutions, utilizing extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.

• Configure Employee Central modules, including organizational management, employee data, workflows, business rules, and security settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a business-related field; or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in application services and/or client/supplier relationship management within a technology setting.

• At least 5 years of experience in developing application extensions in SAP BTP.

• Extensive experience in customer service and business management roles.

• Previous work experience in a professional services industry is preferred.

• Certification in SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, or SAP Certified Professional - Solution Architect - SAP BTP.
