SAP BTP Consultant – Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the transformation initiatives of SAP S/4HANA by designing and developing cloud-native applications, integrations, and extensions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• Create, develop, and implement applications and extensions on SAP BTP utilizing SAP CAP.

• Construct scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with SAP Clean Core principles.

• Design and expose services using CDS models, OData, and REST APIs.

• Integrate applications on SAP BTP with SAP S/4HANA as well as other SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Partner with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Assist in testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare processes.

• Contribute to the architecture of solutions, development standards, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing applications on SAP BTP or in enterprise cloud application development.

• Significant hands-on expertise with SAP BTP and SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).

• Experience in developing applications using Node.js and/or Java.

• Strong understanding of CDS, OData, REST APIs, and service-oriented architecture.

• Proven experience in building side-by-side extensions and integrations with SAP S/4HANA.

• Familiarity with SAP Clean Core principles.

• Experience in Agile project environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in English.
