This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, etc.).

• Conduct daily system monitoring, health assessments, and performance optimization.

• Oversee client copies, system refreshes, and transport management.

• Manage SAP HANA databases, including backup, recovery, and optimization processes.

• Ensure system security, user administration, and adherence to audit compliance standards.

• Implement and sustain high-availability and disaster recovery plans.

• Diagnose and resolve Basis-related issues in collaboration with application and infrastructure teams.

• Apply patches, support packages, and execute kernel upgrades.

• Integrate SAP systems with external applications and cloud services.

• Document technical procedures and offer support during system go-lives and upgrades.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• 3–5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, and SAP HANA database management.

• Experience in SAP system migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows) and databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud solutions.

• Understanding of the transport management system (TMS) and CTS+.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• SAP Basis or SAP HANA certification is highly preferred.
