SAP BASIS Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain WBSCM SAP NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA systems.

• Monitor system performance, execute load balancing, and optimize application server and database resources to ensure high availability.

• Manage Solution Manager ChaRM and the Transport Management System (TMS) to facilitate smooth and compliant transitions of changes across Development, Quality Assurance, and Production environments.

• Conduct backups, restores, and ongoing database monitoring for both SAP HANA and SQL Server environments, utilizing tools like HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio.

• Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to swiftly resolve system errors, dumps, connectivity issues, and SAP GUI/network problems with urgency and precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of demonstrated experience in SAP Basis administration, including SAP HANA and SQL Server.

• Practical experience with Solution Manager (ChaRM, system monitoring, document management).

• Strong proficiency in Linux, Unix, and Windows Server environments, with knowledge of AWS.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; capable of performing effectively in a high-pressure 24/7 support environment.

• SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA.

• SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration.
