SAP Associate Partner – Digital Platforms

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and guidance in capturing and selling SAP integrated transformation solutions and services within the relevant market segment.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on all matters related to SAP within the specified markets.

• Responsible for consulting revenues and operating margins for key account(s), targeting an annual revenue of approximately $6 million from consulting engagements.

• Engage in hands-on leadership to drive new business, sales strategies, and implementation of SAP solutions for mid to large enterprises, while enhancing business processes.

• Oversee business opportunities at key accounts to ensure Infosys Consulting is strategically positioned to seize opportunities by delivering high-quality services.

• Lead initiatives to fortify Infosys Consulting’s standing with its largest clients while expanding its footprint among other existing clients.

• Ensure the consistent delivery of services, solutions, and products on time and within budget, while developing processes to evaluate and address business risks in client solutions and services.

• Facilitate relationship-building activities with relevant partners, engagement managers, subject-matter experts, and other Infosys Consulting personnel on the engagement teams to ensure they are well-informed on critical matters.

• Lead the proposal development process, emphasizing the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and themes for winning.

• Provide leadership to subordinate managers, actively participating in their professional growth and development through coaching, counseling, performance management, and mentoring.

• Demonstrated excellence in commercial development, with a strong presence among senior executives both internally and externally, and a drive to exceed targets and expectations.

• Prior leadership experience within a services organization, mentoring and guiding consultant teams both directly and indirectly to harness talent while ensuring overall client satisfaction.

• Ability to anticipate, create, and define innovative and visionary solutions to address client challenges.

• Strong sales acumen and closing skills at executive and board levels.

• Established networks, relationships, and participation in relevant activities, including industry conferences, forums, and thought leadership publications.

• Ability to engage as a peer at the Board level within client organizations, comfortable working at senior levels in complex organizations, and capable of building empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers.

• Proven track record in selling and delivering consulting and technology services while achieving business objectives in large corporate environments characterized by rapid change.

• Capacity to thrive and excel in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Recognized expertise in SAP, consistently demonstrating the capability to align functional areas with business requirements to support the company's vision.

• Demonstrated thought leadership in the field of SAP, including the production and dissemination of marketable knowledge.

• Strong presentation skills, with experience and confidence in presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentations.

• Intuitive ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

• Collaborative team player, willing to lead by example and take initiative.
