📋 Description

• Oversee and assist in the daily operations of the accounts payable team.

• Guarantee the prompt and precise handling of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and various payables.

• Evaluate and authorize invoice coding, payment schedules, and vendor account reconciliations.

• Uphold compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

• Address escalated vendor inquiries and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.

• Track AP metrics, workloads, and deadlines to ensure service level expectations are achieved.

• Aid in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reporting.

• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Procurement teams to enhance processes and controls.

• Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency within the accounts payable function.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting, or equivalent.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Capability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Proficient in most Microsoft Office Applications.

• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.

• Skilled in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation.

• Commitment to maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in all job aspects.

• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts payable transactions.
