SAP Application Security Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Execute the creation and maintenance of roles for SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA.

• Develop and oversee SAP catalogs, pages, and spaces; address issues related to Fiori tiles and the launchpad.

• Assist in the complete security lifecycle implementations: preparation, blueprinting, construction, testing, go-live, hypercare, and ongoing operations.

• Oversee users and authorization assignments for SAP and associated systems.

• Diagnose authorization failures and evaluate SAP Security tables, programs, and logging systems.

• Work in tandem with functional and technical teams to ensure that role design aligns with business, audit, and compliance requirements.

• Provide support for SAP Security across ECC, S/4HANA, BW on HANA, and Fiori platforms.

• Aid with GRC access control processes, BRF+ rulesets, MSMP workflows, and SAC authorization alignment (preferred).

• Engage in design reviews and offer recommendations to enhance security architecture.

• Support greenfield S/4 implementations, including innovative role-building methodologies and Fiori-based access models.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in SAP Security Administration across ECC, S/4HANA, BW on HANA, and Fiori.

• Familiarity with SAP GRC, SAC, and BRF+/MSMP (preferred).

• Proven experience in managing security roles, catalogs, pages, spaces, and resolving Fiori tile issues.

• Experience in supporting full lifecycle SAP implementations and providing operational security assistance.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Security tables, authorization objects, and system programs.

• A minimum of a 3-year degree or 5 years of relevant SAP experience.

• Experience in supporting security for S/4HANA greenfield implementations.
