SAP AMS Functional Service Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as the key operational liaison and Primary Point of Contact for SAP AMS Functional regarding delivery-related topics, issues, and concerns.

• Function as the main escalation point for tickets, delivery quality, governance, and operational risks.

• Enable the delivery team to produce high-quality outcomes while ensuring compliance with SAP AMS process requirements.

• Guarantee that target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are achieved and contractual obligations are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in SAP AMS service management.

• At least 5 years of proven experience as an SAP consultant in modules such as Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, or SuccessFactors.

• Strong resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to agile delivery.

• Comprehensive understanding of the distinctions between coding and engineering.

• Knowledge of cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

• Proficient oral communication skills in English.

• Proficient in Spanish.
