📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops for A2R and Real Estate requirements utilizing the SAP Activate methodology.

• Set up SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (REFX) to manage property portfolios, lease administration, and various architectural/usage perspectives.

• Ensure that asset transactions accurately connect with Funds Management (FM) to monitor appropriated funds for capital expenditures.

• Oversee the intricate mapping and migration of existing real estate, equipment, and fixed asset data into S/4HANA.

• Develop and implement thorough test scripts for asset acquisitions, real estate contracts, and maintenance operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience with SAP.

• Participation in one full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation (Greenfield experience is preferred).

• Proven technical and functional configuration experience in SAP REFX and SAP PM, along with extensive knowledge of FI-AA and PS.

• Familiarity with Capital Investment Management and the settlement logic from projects to fixed assets.

• Technical proficiency: Capable of troubleshooting integration issues, analyzing asset journals, and configuring standard workflows for asset disposals, transfers, or lease approvals.

• Only US Citizens (no dual citizenship allowed).

• Possession of an active Secret clearance.
