• Take charge of the operational implementation of all enablement initiatives.
• Continuously enhance and update onboarding experiences for Sales and Customer Success (CS).
• Convert global enablement strategies into tangible training programs and regular formats.
• Tailor global enablement resources to fit local market needs.
• Develop and improve enablement materials.
• Manage and enhance the Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement hub.
• Conduct regular enablement sessions for GTM teams.
• Gather structured feedback and transform insights into actionable improvements.
• Assist GTM leaders with enablement insights and recommendations.
• Implement enablement workflows driven by AI and automation.
• Document and expand successful practices from top-performing representatives.
• Ensure consistency between global enablement standards and local execution.
• 2-3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, or similar GTM positions within a B2B SaaS context.
• Strong skills in training and facilitation.
• Experience in developing or managing onboarding programs and ongoing enablement formats for Sales or CS teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental sales and customer success processes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and confidence in utilizing data.
• Outstanding written communication abilities.
• High level of ownership mindset combined with strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with Sales and CS leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic GTM environment.
• Practical experience using AI tools for content development, coaching, summarization, or workflow automation.
