• Develop, enhance, and optimize our technology and tools landscape (particularly HubSpot) throughout the entire revenue funnel, from initial marketing leads to contract renewals.
• Collaborate closely with team members and the Head of Data to empower teams, improve functionality, and automate processes for scalability.
• Create and further refine effective RevOps processes, serving as the liaison between Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.
• Identify and implement best practices for scaling operations.
• Analyze, streamline, and continuously enhance existing processes and systems.
• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Several years of experience in Revenue Operations or a comparable role, with a focus on building and scaling operational processes.
• Ideally, you have experience supporting both Sales and Customer Success teams.
• In-depth expertise in HubSpot is essential.
• Experience and enthusiasm for integrating AI and optimizing processes.
• Possess an analytical, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach.
• Excellent command of English is required; proficiency in German is an advantage.
