📋 Description

• Create AI solutions tailored for Revenue Operations.

• Develop AI models and solutions for applications like lead scoring and prioritization.

• Anticipate churn and potential expansion.

• Conduct revenue forecasting.

• Provide next-best-action recommendations.

• Engage with structured and semi-structured data (CRM, product, marketing).

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to grasp real challenges.

• Transform issues into analytical hypotheses and models.

• Establish success metrics and assess the effectiveness of solutions.

• Implement models and solutions in production (beyond mere proofs of concept).

• Integrate AI outputs with daily tools (CRM, automations, dashboards).

• Ensure the scalability and reliability of solutions.

• Create generative AI applications to boost productivity, such as sales assistants (summaries, outreach suggestions).

• Automate operational tasks.

• Derive insights from data.

• Assist stakeholders in utilizing AI solutions.

• Produce concise materials (playbooks, guidelines).

• Monitor usage and iterate to enhance adoption.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in SQL.

• Data manipulation skills (Python — pandas, numpy).

• Experience in data modeling and exploratory analysis.

• Familiarity with business metrics (ideally in SaaS/revenue contexts).

• Practical experience with classification and regression models.

• Knowledge of forecasting techniques.

• Proficiency with libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, or similar.

• Understanding of model evaluation metrics (precision, recall, etc.).

• Experience with APIs and system integrations.

• Proficient in data tools (Data Warehouse, ETL).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).

• A product-oriented mindset.

• Curiosity focused on problem-solving.

• Ability to communicate clearly (avoiding jargon).
