📋 Description

• Define and enhance the architecture of the Revenue Operations technology stack (Salesforce, Gong, Groove, Clay, and related tools)

• Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of systems that facilitate the entire revenue lifecycle

• Ensure that systems are scalable, integrated, and aligned with revenue processes

• Promote standardization across workflows, data models, and system design

• Spearhead the development and execution of the RevOps GenAI roadmap

• Identify and implement AI-driven use cases across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing (e.g., pipeline insights, forecasting signals, call intelligence, workflow automation)

• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to integrate AI-native workflows and agents

• Continuously assess emerging AI capabilities and translate them into tangible revenue impact

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of core platforms: Salesforce (CRM), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Groove), conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong), and data enrichment and automation tools (e.g., Clay)

• Drive system adoption, ensure data integrity, and promote operational excellence

• Ensure tools enhance seller productivity and minimize friction throughout the revenue lifecycle

• Direct the RevOps Analytics function, including reporting, dashboards, and advanced insights

• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for pipeline, ARR, and customer data

• Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue drivers

• Integrate insights directly into workflows to facilitate real-time decision-making

• Lead and expand a high-performing team in Systems and Analytics

• Operate as a player-coach, balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership

• Cultivate a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement

• Mentor and nurture team members to evolve into future leaders.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems leadership

• In-depth expertise in Salesforce and RevOps technology stack architecture

• Proven experience in implementing tools such as Gong, Groove, Clay, or comparable platforms

• Strong knowledge of data models, integrations, and system design

• Practical experience applying AI/GenAI in revenue workflows

• Proven record of driving cross-functional initiatives that yield measurable business impact

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into revenue outcomes

• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
