• Oversee and refine pricing strategies for more than 300 properties across various countries.
• Set up and manage PriceLabs, including base prices, minimum prices, seasonal rules, and last-minute discounts.
• Track occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), and booking trends across all markets.
• Modify pricing strategies in response to demand fluctuations, seasonal changes, and local events.
• Conduct analysis of competitor pricing and market dynamics.
• Enhance performance through optimization beyond just city-level analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Assist in the direct booking strategy as opposed to OTA distribution (e.g., Airbnb).
• Deliver weekly performance reports along with actionable insights.
• Continuously evaluate and refine pricing strategies.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Management within the STR, hospitality, or hotel sectors.
• Demonstrated experience with PriceLabs is a must.
• Strong knowledge of short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in advanced Excel or data analysis techniques.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Capable of managing multiple markets and properties concurrently.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
