This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Technical leadership of the Salesforce Developers team.
β’ Management of technical escalations.
β’ Definition of coding and testing standards.
β’ Facilitation of technical daily meetings and Pair Programming sessions.
β’ Release management with a Zero Downtime strategy.
β’ Mentorship and professional development of the technical team.
β’ Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and technology providers as required by the project.
β’ 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce (with 2 or more years leading teams).
β’ Platform Developer II certification plus 2 additional certifications.
β’ Experience as a Tech Lead in 2 or more insurance industry projects.
β’ Management of environments and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
β’ Expert-level proficiency in Apex and LWC.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of OmniStudio.
β’ DevOps experience with GitHub/Copado.
β’ Management of KPIs (Velocity, Quality) and estimation using Story Points.
β’ Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
