This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Technical leadership of the Salesforce Developers team.

• Management of technical escalations.

• Definition of coding and testing standards.

• Facilitation of technical daily meetings and Pair Programming sessions.

• Release management with a Zero Downtime strategy.

• Mentorship and professional development of the technical team.

• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and technology providers as required by the project.

• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce (with 2 or more years leading teams).

• Platform Developer II certification plus 2 additional certifications.

• Experience as a Tech Lead in 2 or more insurance industry projects.

• Management of environments and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

• Expert-level proficiency in Apex and LWC.

• Comprehensive knowledge of OmniStudio.

• DevOps experience with GitHub/Copado.

• Management of KPIs (Velocity, Quality) and estimation using Story Points.

• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
