This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
β’ Act as the technical leader for our Salesforce ecosystem, responsible for solution design and ensuring compliance with platform best practices and architectural guidelines.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to grasp strategic goals and convert them into scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds.
β’ Spearhead the design and governance of data models, automation strategies, and integration frameworks (both point-to-point and middleware-based).
β’ Offer technical direction to administrators, developers, and cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and consistency across initiatives.
β’ Supervise the technical facets of Salesforce releases, including platform updates, feature deprecations, end-of-life timelines, and assessing new features for potential incorporation.
β’ Establish and uphold development and deployment best practices, encompassing CI/CD pipelines, version control, and sandbox strategies.
β’ Conduct code reviews, performance enhancements, and technical troubleshooting for intricate issues.
β’ Work in conjunction with engineering teams on integrations between Salesforce and our other platforms (both third-party and in-house), defining APIs, data flows, and error handling procedures.
β’ Maintain a robust security and compliance posture for the platform, performing regular audits and implementing preventative measures.
β’ Assist in the development and upkeep of comprehensive technical documentation, solution diagrams, and governance policies.
β’ Over 6 years of Salesforce experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership, solution design, or architecture-focused position.
β’ Multiple Salesforce certifications β Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant are required; Application Architect or progress towards it is highly preferred.
β’ Demonstrated success in designing scalable solutions utilizing Salesforce configuration and custom development (Apex, LWC, API integrations).
β’ Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing/security model, governor limits, and performance considerations.
β’ Practical experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, or similar), CI/CD, and version control.
β’ Exceptional facilitation skills β capable of leading discovery workshops, conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and documenting solutions clearly.
β’ Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
β’ Experience working in a multi-environment (Production + multiple sandboxes) setup with a clearly defined release process.
