Salesforce Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• The capacity to simultaneously address business challenges and coding tasks.

• Knowledge of LWC Communication Models and effective use of the Shadow DOM.

• Facilitate the success and growth of junior developers through collaborative interactions.

• Experience with low-code solutions like Flow.

• Understanding of complex functional capabilities such as Salesforce Security and approval workflows.

• Proficiency in defensive programming techniques and the principles of test-driven development and test coverage.

• Familiarity with Object-Oriented and Enterprise Software design patterns, including factories, Unit of Work, Separation of Concerns, façade, decorator, etc.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.

• Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Limits and design patterns.

• Ability to think in Object-Oriented paradigms and assess the appropriate level of complexity for solutions.

• Salesforce certifications are advantageous, including Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Architect Domains such as Integration Designer and Data Designer.

• Familiarity with modern software development lifecycles, including tools like git, ANT, scripting languages, and code repositories.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

• Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.

• More than 10 years of experience in technical development, leading projects, and architecting and coding solutions, including Service Cloud, Salesforce core clouds, integrations (endpoint and middleware design), security, and SF platform-level capabilities.
