Salesforce Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to outline requirements for platform improvements and fixes.

• Conduct debugging, root cause analysis, and address technical issues on the Salesforce platform.

• Examine and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.

• Provide solutions utilizing declarative Salesforce tools (Flow, Validation Rules, Permissions).

• Undertake light Apex coding and customizations as necessary.

• Assist with system integrations and troubleshooting.

• Organize your workload and priorities using Jira.

• Document solutions, technical discoveries, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in a Salesforce support, analyst, or consultant position.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

• Comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders to grasp requirements, manage expectations, and share insights.

• Anticipate business needs that may not be explicitly outlined in the requirements.

• Proficient in Salesforce declarative tools, particularly Flow.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apex and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Experience with Jira or similar project management platforms.

• Familiarity with our broader tech stack is highly valued, including CI/CD (e.g., Gearset), version control (e.g., GitHub), OmniStudio, JotForm, HubSpot, Slack, AWS S3, and Dialpad.

• A proactive learner eager to advance your career within a collaborative team environment.

• Must possess Salesforce Administrator certification and either Platform Developer I (PD1) or equivalent certification(s).
