Salesforce Technical Architect, Data & AI

📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing technical solutions for Data 360 and Agentforce, encompassing data streams, DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, real-time activation, as well as the agent topics, instructions, and actions that utilize this data.

• Create scalable and secure data architectures on Salesforce Data 360, detailing ingestion patterns, harmonization, identity resolution rules, and zero-copy/data federation strategies.

• Conduct in-depth analyses of the limitations and boundaries of Data 360 and Agentforce, discovering innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.

• Develop RAG and Generative AI solutions utilizing Unstructured DMOs, Retrievers, Search Indexes, and Document Processing while adhering to RAG best practices.

• Work collaboratively with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to transform business requirements into well-architected solutions.

• Supervise and participate in all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial design to development, testing, and final deployment.

• Establish integration frameworks and reference architectures that link Data 360, MuleSoft, enterprise data warehouses, and other systems through real-time and batch patterns.

• Implement DevOps, source control, and CI/CD practices for data and AI solutions.

• Mentor and coach developers and junior architects while staying informed about new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in application, data, or software development and architecture.

• At least 3 years of direct experience with the Salesforce Platform in a development or architecture capacity.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud), including data streams, DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation.

• Proficiency in SQL and Apex, along with familiarity or practical knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).

• Experience in designing data integration patterns across enterprise systems, including MuleSoft, ETL/ELT tools, and data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.

• Knowledge of data modeling, governance, security, and privacy best practices.

• Familiarity with source control, branching/pull request strategies, as well as CI/CD and DevOps principles.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical details to diverse audiences.
