This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that link Sales Cloud, Model N, JD Edwards Oracle, and other pricing and tendering systems.
• Build data models, integration patterns, and API specifications to facilitate pricing workflows, tender submissions, and contract approvals.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, and industry-specific pricing guidelines).
• Design real-time and batch integrations between Salesforce and pricing systems to guarantee accurate and synchronized price books, quotes, and tender submissions.
• Develop workflows for automated pricing approvals, tender submissions, and management of the contract lifecycle.
• Oversee the execution of Salesforce-driven pricing automation, connecting with external tendering platforms.
• Conduct code evaluations and performance enhancements to ensure efficient integration with pricing engines.
• Collaborate closely with pricing teams, sales operations, finance, and IT to align solutions with organizational objectives.
• Recognize opportunities to improve pricing accuracy, simplify tender processes, and enhance efficiency through AI-driven pricing suggestions and dynamic discounting strategies.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of Salesforce expertise, with a minimum of 5 years in technical architecture concentrating on pricing and tendering solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Model N, and JD Edwards Oracle integrations.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools for connecting Salesforce with pricing and tendering platforms.
• Experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and various automation tools.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions and pricing optimization methodologies.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, Integration Architect) are highly desirable.
• Understanding of data privacy, security regulations, and compliance requirements related to pricing and contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to solution design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
