This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Establish and lead the multi-year product strategy across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Discover untapped opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can innovate new categories or seize market share from competitors.
• Convert extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform (including metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and multi-org environments) into valuable product features that enterprise clients are willing to pay a premium for.
• Remain proactive regarding Salesforce's own product roadmap (three releases annually) and position Flosum to leverage every platform transition.
• Spearhead the next generation of AI-enhanced DevOps solutions based on Agentforce, featuring intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
• Define how Flosum's extensibility platform empowers clients to create customized AI-driven workflows within the secure boundaries of Salesforce.
• Innovate agent-aware governance by preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
• Collaborate directly with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to gain a comprehensive understanding of their challenges regarding Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Transform complex enterprise needs (including SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, and regulated industries) into sophisticated product solutions.
• Work alongside Sales and Customer Success to shape deal strategies, perform product demonstrations for key accounts, and finalize competitive evaluations.
• Draft precise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You actively contribute rather than merely delegate.
• Partner with engineering to meet ambitious timelines. Take ownership of sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Define and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• 7+ years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS, including a minimum of 3 years concentrated on the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• Profound technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• A proven history of delivering products that enterprise clients (Fortune 500, regulated sectors) have adopted and monetarily invested in, rather than just features.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You recognize their strengths and weaknesses.
• Strong insights into how AI/ML (particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud) will transform the landscape of Salesforce development and governance.
• A hands-on executor. You produce PRDs, engage with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not oversee from a distance.
• Excellent communication abilities. You can articulate a product vision to a C-suite audience while also crafting a technical specification for an engineering team on the same day.
• An inquisitive mindset and a proactive approach. When you identify an issue, you address it. When you encounter knowledge gaps, you seek to fill them.
