This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Define and lead the multi-year product strategy for Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Identify untapped opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can innovate new categories or gain market share from competitors.
• Transform extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into valuable product offerings that enterprise clients are willing to invest in.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce's product trajectory (three releases annually) and position Flosum to take advantage of every platform evolution.
• Spearhead the next generation of AI-enhanced DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
• Outline how Flosum's extensibility platform empowers customers to create custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust environment.
• Lead the way in agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
• Directly engage with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to thoroughly understand their challenges regarding Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Convert complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into sophisticated product solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to shape deal strategies, conduct product demonstrations for key accounts, and successfully manage competitive evaluations.
• Author comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You execute tasks personally rather than merely delegating.
• Work alongside engineering to meet stringent timelines. Take ownership of sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Define and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including a minimum of 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• Profound technical expertise in the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• A demonstrated history of delivering products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) have adopted and invested in. Not just features; full-fledged products.
• Strongly preferred experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools.
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape, including Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You understand each competitor's strengths and vulnerabilities.
• A solid perspective on how AI/ML (particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
• A hands-on executor. You write PRDs, engage with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not manage from afar.
• Outstanding communication skills. You can convey a product vision to a C-suite audience and draft a technical specification for an engineering team on the same day.
• An intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude. When you encounter a problem, you seek solutions. When faced with uncertainty, you take the initiative to learn.
• Category-defining opportunity: You will influence the future of enterprise development on Salesforce. This role is not about incremental change; it is about transformation.
• Direct partnership with the CEO: You will collaborate closely with a founder who is highly technical, product-focused, and dedicated to building the premier platform in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Fortune 100 customer base: Your product decisions will have a direct impact on how the world's largest and most intricate organizations function.
• AI inflection point: Agentforce and autonomous agents are changing the game. Flosum is the first native platform to incorporate these capabilities. You will help define the next steps.
• Mission-driven culture: We attract individuals who seek to make a meaningful impact, not just enhance their resumes. If you desire a workplace where your contributions are valued and your ideas are acknowledged, this is the place for you.
• Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses.
• Direct access to Salesforce ecosystem events, conferences (Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX), and customer engagement opportunities.
