This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Develop and manage the multi-year product strategy across Flosum's five key product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Identify opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem to create new categories or gain market share from competitors.
• Convert extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product offerings that enterprise clients are willing to invest in.
• Anticipate Salesforce's product direction (three releases annually) and position Flosum to leverage every platform transition.
• Spearhead the development of AI-enhanced DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, such as intelligent deployment agents, AI-assisted code review, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
• Define how Flosum's extensibility platform allows customers to create custom AI-driven workflows within the confines of Salesforce's trust boundary.
• Lead the initiative on agent-aware governance, preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
• Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to gain a deep understanding of their challenges related to Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Translate intricate enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into streamlined product solutions.
• Work alongside Sales and Customer Success to shape deal strategies, perform product demonstrations for key accounts, and finalize competitive evaluations.
• Create comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will be hands-on, not just delegating tasks.
• Coordinate with engineering to meet ambitious deadlines. Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release scheduling.
• Define and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• Over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• A proven history of delivering products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) adopted and funded. This refers to products, not merely features.
• Prior experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape, including Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. Understanding their strengths and weaknesses is crucial.
• A strong viewpoint on how AI/ML (particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform Salesforce development and governance.
• A hands-on executor who engages in writing PRDs, communicating with customers, reviewing wireframes, and participating in sprint reviews. You do not take a distant management approach.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting a product vision to a C-suite audience while also drafting technical specifications for an engineering team on the same day.
• A curiosity-driven mindset and a proactive approach. When encountering a problem, you take initiative to solve it. If you're unfamiliar with something, you seek to learn.
• Category-defining opportunity: You will help shape the future of enterprise development on Salesforce. This role is not about minor enhancements; it is about transformational change.
• Direct partnership with the CEO: You will collaborate closely with a founder who is deeply technical, product-focused, and dedicated to creating the premier platform in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Fortune 100 customer base: Your product decisions will directly influence how the world's largest and most intricate organizations function.
• AI inflection point: Agentforce and autonomous agents are changing the landscape. Flosum is the first native platform to incorporate these features, and you will define the next steps.
• Mission-driven culture: We seek individuals who aspire to make a significant impact rather than merely enhance their resumes. If you want a workplace where your contributions matter and your ideas are valued, this is the place.
• Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses.
• Direct access to Salesforce ecosystem events, conferences (Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX), and customer engagements.
