Salesforce Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and lead the long-term product strategy for Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.

• Identify gaps and opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can establish new categories or gain market share from rivals.

• Leverage extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) to create product features that enterprise customers will invest in at premium rates.

• Remain proactive regarding Salesforce's product roadmap (three releases annually) and position Flosum to take advantage of every platform evolution.

• Spearhead the advancement of AI-enhanced DevOps functionalities based on Agentforce, including smart deployment agents, AI-informed code reviews, automated security assessments, and predictive release management.

• Outline how Flosum's extensibility platform allows customers to construct custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust framework.

• Lead the charge in agent-aware governance by preparing Salesforce governance structures for autonomous systems and AI agents.

• Collaborate directly with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to thoroughly grasp their challenges concerning Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.

• Distill complex enterprise demands (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org environments, regulated industries) into refined product solutions.

• Work alongside Sales and Customer Success teams to shape deal strategies, deliver product demonstrations for strategic accounts, and finalize competitive evaluations.

• Craft comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You take initiative and execute tasks, rather than just delegating.

• Collaborate with engineering to meet tight deadlines. Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.

• Establish and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.

• Profound technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.

• Demonstrated history of delivering products that enterprise clients (Fortune 500, regulated sectors) have adopted and paid for, rather than merely features.

• Strong preference for experience in DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX, along with their strengths and weaknesses.

• Insightful perspective on how AI/ML (particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform the Salesforce development and governance landscape.

• Hands-on approach to execution. You draft PRDs, engage with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.

• Outstanding communication abilities. You can articulate a product vision to a C-suite audience and draft a technical specification for an engineering team in the same day.

• A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude. When you encounter a challenge, you resolve it. When you lack knowledge, you seek to learn.
