This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop and manage the multi-year product roadmap for Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Spot whitespace opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can establish new categories or gain market share from competitors.
• Convert extensive Salesforce platform expertise (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product functionalities that enterprise clients will pay a premium for.
• Anticipate Salesforce's product trajectory (three releases annually) and adjust Flosum's strategy to take advantage of every platform transition.
• Spearhead the forthcoming generation of AI-enabled DevOps functionalities based on Agentforce, including smart deployment agents, AI-assisted code reviews, automated security scanning, and predictive release management.
• Determine how Flosum's extensibility platform empowers clients to create custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust environment.
• Innovate agent-aware governance by preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
• Engage directly with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to thoroughly comprehend their challenges regarding Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Distill complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into refined product solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to shape deal strategies, conduct product demonstrations for key accounts, and successfully complete competitive evaluations.
• Draft comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will take initiative rather than simply delegate.
• Work closely with engineering to meet challenging deadlines. Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years concentrated on the Salesforce ecosystem or related platforms.
• Profound technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• A demonstrated history of launching products that enterprise clients (Fortune 500, regulated industries) have adopted and financially supported. Not just features; full-fledged products.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools is highly preferred.
• An understanding of the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You are aware of each one's strengths and weaknesses.
• A strong viewpoint on how AI/ML (particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
• Hands-on executor. You create PRDs, engage with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not manage from a distance.
• Outstanding communication skills. You can articulate a product vision to a C-suite audience and draft a technical specification for an engineering team on the same day.
• A keen sense of intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach. When you encounter a problem, you address it. When you are unfamiliar with something, you take the initiative to learn.
• Category-defining opportunity: You will influence the future of enterprise development on Salesforce. This is not just incremental progress; it is transformative.
• Direct partnership with the CEO: You will collaborate closely with a founder who is highly technical, product-focused, and dedicated to creating the top platform in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Fortune 100 customer base: Your product decisions will significantly affect how the world's largest and most complex organizations function.
• AI inflection point: Agentforce and autonomous agents are changing the game. Flosum is the first native platform to incorporate these features. You will help define the next steps.
• Mission-driven culture: We seek individuals who aspire to make a significant impact, not merely enhance a resume. If you desire a workplace where your contributions matter and your ideas are valued, this is the place.
• Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses.
• Direct access to Salesforce ecosystem events, conferences (Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX), and customer engagement opportunities.
