Salesforce Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to assess their needs and present potential solutions.

• Facilitate technical design discussions with customers and project teams, and develop technical design documents.

• Accountable for creating solutions using Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.

• Engage in daily stand-up meetings to share progress updates.

• Liaise with onsite and offshore teams to oversee regular module deliveries.

• Provide technical direction and support to team members.

• Assist various partner groups throughout all stages of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, and support.

• Implement code deployments utilizing a CI/CD platform.

• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure consistent quality across the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of development experience with Salesforce.com.

• Extensive knowledge of Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning.

• Proficient in technical analysis and object-oriented programming.

• Must possess comprehensive experience with Salesforce Lightning components.

• Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is essential.

• Experience managing a team of 4-5 members.

• Proficient in using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong customer interaction and collaborative teamwork abilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
