This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Collaborate directly with clients to assess their needs and present potential solutions.
β’ Facilitate technical design discussions with customers and project teams, and develop technical design documents.
β’ Accountable for creating solutions using Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
β’ Engage in daily stand-up meetings to share progress updates.
β’ Liaise with onsite and offshore teams to oversee regular module deliveries.
β’ Provide technical direction and support to team members.
β’ Assist various partner groups throughout all stages of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, and support.
β’ Implement code deployments utilizing a CI/CD platform.
β’ Conduct peer code reviews to ensure consistent quality across the platform.
β’ At least 5 years of development experience with Salesforce.com.
β’ Extensive knowledge of Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning.
β’ Proficient in technical analysis and object-oriented programming.
β’ Must possess comprehensive experience with Salesforce Lightning components.
β’ Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is essential.
β’ Experience managing a team of 4-5 members.
β’ Proficient in using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench).
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong customer interaction and collaborative teamwork abilities.
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
