Salesforce Specialist – RCA, CPQ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Maintain and refresh the Product Catalog

• Implement modifications to Pricing Procedures, discount schedules, and price lists

• Set up and test standard Salesforce functionalities

• Act as the primary support for Quote-to-Cash assistance tickets

• Oversee the 'Quote Integration' queue

• Manage user access, permissions, and licenses

• Conduct bulk data updates for product SKUs and pricing tables

• Perform regular data integrity audits

• Provide support in User Acceptance Testing for new functionalities

• Create and maintain current administrative documentation

• Develop straightforward How-To guides and knowledge base articles

• Conduct introductory training sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of overall Salesforce Administration experience

• At least 1+ year of practical experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is essential

• Clear understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process

• Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, object relationships, and fundamental Data Loading tools

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

• Familiarity with advanced Revenue Cloud concepts such as Product Catalog Management (PCM), Pricing Procedures, or Context Rules

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is preferred

• Experience utilizing the Developer Console or Debug Logs to troubleshoot calculation errors
