This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Facilitate business process discovery sessions to establish scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions that align with customer goals.
• Take ownership of the complete solution architecture across Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Order Management, Commerce, Consumer Goods Cloud), ensuring best practices and long-term scalability.
• Define and oversee solution design, encompassing data models, integrations, and system architecture to address complex business needs.
• Provide architectural supervision throughout the entire delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live), ensuring quality and consistency.
• Lead UX and solution design strategy to create intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences.
• Serve as the primary technical authority and strategic consultant to both client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide development teams on implementation strategies.
• Conduct technical design reviews and ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
• Own deployment strategy and release governance, including environmental strategy, risk management, and rollback planning.
• Oversee testing strategy (unit, integration, UAT) to guarantee solutions meet functional and technical specifications.
• Define data architecture and modeling strategies to support customizations and integrations.
• Identify and proactively address technical risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared objectives.
• Support post-go-live strategy, including optimization, scalability planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% for customer engagements and internal events.
• Salesforce Expertise: At least 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including a minimum of 3 years focused on B2B commerce across core, Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
• Knowledge of B2B Commerce Einstein Features & Capabilities.
• Familiarity with the B2B Commerce Extensions framework.
• Understanding of B2B Commerce APIs and Connect APIs.
• Knowledge of cross-cloud use cases (B2B, D2C, Loyalty, Revenue, Marketing).
• Understanding of Salesforce OMS.
• Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
• Integration Fundamentals: Basic understanding of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, such as Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.
• Experience with test-driven development.
• Previous experience executing deployments and utilizing DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Prodly, Copado, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences and situations.
• Confident, self-assured, team-oriented, ambitious, and driven.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and a keen ability to rapidly learn and implement new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Previous experience creating technical artifacts, including Salesforce configuration design documents and technical design documents.
