Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for defining the comprehensive solution based on customer requirements within a project, both internally and externally.

• Leading the process of requirements gathering and solution definition.

• Providing guidance to our customers on how to adapt and optimize their processes.

• Offering advice on best practices and suitable solutions.

• Conducting technical validation of proposed solutions.

• Identifying, naming, and mitigating technical risks associated with the project.

• Creating and documenting the solution design along with all relevant artifacts.

• Designing key components of the solution.

• Serving as the main point of contact, coach, and expert for the implementation team regarding inquiries about the overall solution structure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science (Diploma/Master) or an equivalent qualification.

• Extensive experience of at least 5 years in Salesforce projects, specifically in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

• Fundamental knowledge of systems and process integration.

• Proficiency in both German and English at a business fluent level.
