Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and execute scalable solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud

• Configure and tailor Service Cloud features to fulfill business needs

• Lead and assist in implementations that involve Email-to-Case, Case Management, Service Console, Omnichannel Routing, and Knowledge Management

• Craft custom solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows

• Establish and sustain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance enhancements

• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security protocols, and governor limits

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and project teams within an Agile delivery framework

• Assist with production deployments, incident resolution, and ongoing platform enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development

• A minimum of 3+ years of practical experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation

• Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce initiatives

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, including Email-to-Case, Case Management, Service Console, Omnichannel Routing, and Knowledge Management

• Familiarity with Service Cloud customization and automation

• Proficient in Apex classes and triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Queueable/Future Methods, and asynchronous processing

• Skilled in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows

• Experience with custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and process automation

• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Platform Events, and middleware integrations

• Middleware integration experience with Boomi and Informatica

• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architecture

• Understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security and sharing models, performance optimization, and deployment/release management

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is required

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
