This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.
• Oversee the architecture, solution design, and technical guidance for Salesforce.
• Convert business needs into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Create data models, integrations, automation, security provisions, reporting, and APIs for Salesforce.
• Implement security measures, access controls, and identity solutions within Salesforce.
• Configure and manage profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, groups, organization-wide defaults (OWDs), and field/record-level security.
• Design and support Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OAuth, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and enterprise identity integrations.
• Conduct security and architecture assessments while assisting in the resolution of security issues.
• Design integrations with external systems, APIs, databases, identity providers, and cloud services.
• Assist with data migration, handling large datasets, testing, deployment, and production rollouts.
• Lead the development or management of dashboards, reports, analytics, and data visualization solutions.
• Establish standards for Salesforce architecture, security, documentation, and development.
• Facilitate Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), DevOps, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and project teams.
• Collaborate with business units, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce, encompassing architecture, senior development, or technical leadership.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, security, data modeling, integration, and application development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration, reporting, dashboards, and large datasets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, groups, OWDs, and field-level security.
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, and enterprise identity solutions.
• Experience in secure integrations and conducting security assessments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
• Outstanding communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Salesforce Architect certification(s), including Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred.
• Salesforce Platform Identity and Access Management Architect or Sharing and Visibility Architect certification is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Shield, Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, or Field Audit Trail is preferred.
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi is preferred.
• Experience with AWS or Azure is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and DevSecOps is preferred.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance, privacy, and audit requirements is preferred.
• Experience in modernizing legacy systems and securing complex enterprise Salesforce environments is preferred.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring Salesforce professionals is preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, Alabama, Colorado, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.
