This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with Salesforce customizations, integrations, automations, and deployment efforts across various projects.
• Analyze and resolve intricate Salesforce platform challenges within client environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and document outcomes, solutions, and preventive suggestions.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders to efficiently address production issues.
• Oversee system performance and proactively seek opportunities to enhance platform stability, scalability, and the overall client experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes and Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Media Cloud.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis within complex Salesforce environments.
• Proficiency with Apex, LWC, APIs, Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting abilities.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is preferred.
• Revenue Cloud Consultant Certification is preferred.
