Salesforce Quality Assurance I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold comprehensive test plans and test cases derived from business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

• Conduct both manual and automated testing utilizing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or other automation frameworks.

• Recognize, document, and log bugs or defects within a bug tracking system; verify corrections and ensure there are no regressions.

• Execute regression testing to ensure new modifications do not disrupt existing functionality; perform performance and security testing.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to examine requirements, validate designs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, data privacy, and accessibility guidelines.

• Deliver clear and detailed test result reports to stakeholders while tracking QA metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of QA experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Salesforce Government Cloud.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator and ISTQB Foundation Level certification are mandatory.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with eligibility for Public Trust.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, DevOps methodologies, and QA best practices.

• Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with JIRA for defect management.

• Strong comprehension of Salesforce platform features, modules, and architecture.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
